Hi, I’m Apoorva – a passionate certified yoga facilitator and Certified Trauma Release Exercise TRE® practitioner and facilitator, here to guide you back to a place of balance, connection, and inner strength.
My journey with yoga began as a personal practice for healing and self-discovery. Over time, it evolved into a calling – to share the transformative power of conscious movement and breath with others. I believe in creating safe, grounded spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and rediscover a sense of ease.
In my sessions, I integrate traditional yoga practices with TRE and somatic awareness techniques to support deep release, nervous system regulation, and sustainable well-being. Whether you're joining me for a group class, a one-on-one session, or a retreat, my approach is always rooted in compassion, presence, and body wisdom. I worked as a Yoga trainer in India for 6 years and have a wide clientele in Bangalore.
I currently offer online and personal sessions, corporate wellness classes, and immersive retreats – designed for anyone seeking to move beyond stress, restore balance, and feel truly at home in their body.

Through one-on-one guidance and customized sequences, I help practitioners of all levels achieve deeper alignment and maximize their yoga practice.

Trauma Release Exercise TRE®
TRE® is a powerful practice that helps release deep-seated stress and tension through natural shaking responses triggered by simple exercises. My sessions provide a safe, supportive space to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and promote deep relaxation and healing.

Yoga Dance
Flow
Yoga Dance Flow combines yoga with expressive movement, integrating breath, rhythm, and fluid transitions for a joyful, mindful practice. This dynamic flow promotes self-expression, releases stagnant energy, and deepens the mind-body connection through music and movement.

Yoga Group Class
My group yoga classes create a welcoming space for all levels, combining asanas, pranayama, and meditation to build strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Practicing in a group fosters community, motivation, and shared energy, making each session both enriching and inspiring.

Pranayama Classes
Pranayama, the art of breath control, enhances lung capacity, calms the mind, and balances the nervous system through conscious breathing techniques. My sessions incorporate practices like Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, and Ujjayi to reduce stress, boost vitality, and improve mental clarity.

Corporate Yoga Class
My corporate yoga sessions help professionals manage stress, improve focus, and boost productivity through gentle stretches, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. Available in-person or online, these sessions reduce burnout, enhance energy, and create a healthier work environment.

I happened to meet Apoorva at our apartment Yoga class where I was trained for almost more than a year. I continue to practive yoga keeping in mind the postures and tips shared by her.
The training started with basic asanas and stretching and slowly increasing the intensity. We also has Pranayama classes once a week. She would customise the training and have alternative for people ailing through back pain or knee pain. She understands each of the students ability and suggests improvements accordingly.
I follow her nutrition and supplement tips even today. She introduced me to Wim Hof breathing which is my fav relaxing technique.

Exercises are conveniently divided into three parts i.e Upper body,Trunk and lower body. I enjoyed doing them. Her regime is suited according to our age and capacity.
